Integration of Policies. During the period from the date hereof to the Effective Time, Seller and Seller Bank shall, and shall cause their directors, officers and employees to, and shall make all reasonable efforts to cause their respective data processing service providers to, cooperate and assist Buyer in connection with an electronic and systematic conversion of all applicable data regarding Seller to Buyer's system of electronic data processing. In furtherance of the foregoing, Seller shall make reasonable arrangements during normal business hours to permit representatives of Buyer to train Seller and Seller Bank employees in Buyer's system of electronic data processing.
