Integration; Section Headings; Counterparts; etc. This Agreement (including the Schedules and Exhibits hereto) and the other documents delivered pursuant hereto constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the Federation Shareholder Agreement subject matter hereof and supersede any and all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings relating thereto. The section headings of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and are not to be considered in construing this Agreement. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
