Common use of Integrity of Service Clause in Contracts

Integrity of Service. Subscriber agrees not to format, display, or alter the Agreement, the Service or the information received through and from the Service in violation of the NASDAQ OMX Requirements, as they may be modified from time to time; not to affect materially the integrity of the Service or information received through and from the Service; and not to render the Service or information received through and from the Service to be inaccurate, unfair, misleading or discriminatory.

Subscriber agrees not to format, display, or alter the Agreement, the Service or the information entered into or received through and from the Service in violation of the NASDAQ OMX Nasdaq Requirements, as they may be modified from time to timetime (or have such things done on its behalf); not to affect (or to have affected) materially the integrity of the Service or information received through and from the Service; and not to render (or to have rendered) the Service or information entered into or received through and from the Service to be inaccurate, unfair, misleading or discriminatory.
