Intel Assistance Clause Samples

The INTEL ASSISTANCE clause outlines the obligations and procedures for one party to provide intelligence or information support to another party under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the types of assistance to be provided, such as sharing relevant data, analysis, or technical expertise, and may set out the conditions, limitations, or confidentiality requirements for such support. Its core practical function is to ensure that the receiving party has access to necessary information or expertise, thereby facilitating informed decision-making and effective collaboration while clarifying the scope and boundaries of the assistance provided.
Intel Assistance. To assist Phoenix in providing the most effective responsiveness to trouble reporting and solution, Intel will provide access (which at Intel's option, may be on-site at Intel) to at least two (2) systems in which the problems can be reproduced (if Phoenix does not have such systems available), and access to Intel's hardware and software debugging resources, if Phoenix so requests.
