Tuning Sample Clauses

Tuning. During the course of the Project, Intel may develop and deliver performance tuning modifications ("Tune-Ups") to Streamline's software applications other than the Grocery Application. Tune-Ups are licensed as set forth in Section 4.2 below. * Confidential treatment requested

Tuning. The Service Provider shall regularly review the behaviour and performance of the Platform Components and make any adjustments to improve performance where those adjustments: • Do not compromise stability or resilience • Do not compromise security • Do not have a negative cost impact to the Customer • Are within the provisions of agreed change control procedures • Can be carried out without downtime Where changes are identified that will improve performance but will not meet one or more of these requirements, those changes shall be presented at the next service review for discussion and agreement. Where implementation is agreed, The Service Provider shall implement those changes at the next available opportunity and according to any stipulations made as part of that agreement.
Tuning. It shall be the responsibility of each musician to be on stage properly prepared for the tuning procedure five (5) minutes before the scheduled start of each rehearsal and concert. The pitch of the Orchestra is to be set at A-440 but, in any event, not higher than A-442. All members of the orchestra will make themselves available for two photo calls per season. One photo call of one half hour, contiguous to a previously scheduled service, may be scheduled without additional fee. In addition, one regularly scheduled rehearsal per season may be photographed without additional fee. The dress for both photo calls will be determined by the Management.
Tuning. The Service Provider shall regularly review the behaviour and performance of the Application and make any adjustments to improve performance where those adjustments: • Do not compromise stability or resilience • Do not compromise security • Do not have a negative cost impact to the Customer • Do not impact on application behaviour for users • Are within the provisions of agreed change control procedures • Can be carried out without downtime Where changes are identified that will improve performance but will not meet one or more of these requirements, those changes shall be presented at the next service review for discussion and agreement. Where implementation is agreed, The Service Provider shall implement those changes at the next available opportunity and according to any stipulations made as part of that agreement.
Tuning o Use very small turns on the pegs to tune. Chromatic tuners are included in the uke kit.
Tuning all pianos are tuned before they are delivered. We charge a standard flat rate of €80 for all pianos. Not applicable for digital pianos or any other instruments.
Tuning. The parameters needed to be specified a priori include ν1 and ν2 from equation (4.5), aω and bω from equation (4.6), and ν3 and ν4 from equation (4.7). Based on our experience in numerical experiments, we fix aω as 4 and bω as 1 so that the prior of Ω has large prior correlation and at the same time is relatively uninformative. We also fix ν2 as ln 2 and ν3 as 1 so that the corresponding priors for α and ξ have a unit coefficient of variation. ν1 and ν4 control the sparseness of the solutions to W and Z, i.e., the size of each bicluster. We choose ν1 and ν4 by the Bayesian information criterion (BIC). The BIC is given by BIC = −2 ln(L(X, µˆ)) + (||Wˆ ||0 + ||Zˆ||0) ln(np) where L(X, µˆ) is the observed likelihood of µ, ||Wˆ ||0 and ||Zˆ||0 are the xxxxxxxxx- ties of Wˆ and Zˆ. We conduct grid search and the combinations of ν1 and ν4 with the smallest BIC value are chosen as the optimal tuning parameter values for each simulation dataset and real data application. Again based on our experience, the search area in simulation is {2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7} by {10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60} for ν1 and ν4. In real data analysis, we choose higher values in the search {7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 20, 25} by {20, 40, 50, 60, 70, 90, 110}, as the previous experience shows real datasets need larger tuning parameter to achieve the smallest BIC.

Tuning. The Orchestra will tune to A = 440, which may only be changed upon mutual agreement of the orchestra committee and the Opera.
Tuning. Equipment shall tune to integral multiples of 100Hz, starting at 1.6 MHz, and for maritime use it is desirable that the receiver be able to tune in increments of 10Hz.
Tuning. Besides the growth of a data base, the specific use of an Application materially influences the response performance. FME shall support the tuning, in that FME users shall collaborate with the Operation Units of NETCARE. NETCARE shall be responsible for all tuning activities such as analysis of the data base and the installation of indices.
