E-world will not, nor will it permit others to, remove, alter, cover or obscure any confidentiality, trade secret, proprietary or copyright notices, trademarks, proprietary, Intellectual Property Rights or other identifying marks or designs from any component of the Optimized Decoder Code including associated documentation and delivery media, and will replicate such notice within every copy or partial copy made.
