Intent of the Contract Documents. The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper management, execution and completion of the Work, including without limitation, all labor, materials, equipment and furnishings required in connection therewith. The Contract Documents are complimentary, and what is required by one shall be as binding as if required by all. Any doubt as to whether any work is within the scope of the Contract shall be resolved in favor of an interpretation that the Work is within the scope of the Contract. Use of the term “include” or “including” shall be deemed to mean “include without limitation,” “including but not limited to,” and similar expansive intent.
