Intent of the Contract Documents. The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the execution of the Work. All Work shall be performed in a professional manner and unless the means or methods of performing a task are specified elsewhere in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall employ methods that are generally accepted and used by the industry, in accordance with industry practices and the Standard of Care. The Contract Documents contain the entire integrated agreement between Contractor and Owner and supersede prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral. The Contract Documents do not create a contractual relationship between Design Professional and Contractor or Owner and Subcontractors or Sub-subcontractors.
