Intent to Respond to RFP. ‌ Potential Offerors must provide written notice on Attachment A “Intent to Respond to RFP” in order to have their organization placed on the procurement distribution list. The notice shall be signed by an authorized representative of the organization, dated, and returned by close of business by the date shown on the table above to the Procurement Manager. The Procurement Distribution List will be used for the distribution of written responses to questions and any RFP amendments. Failure to provide notice your organization’s “Intent to Respond to RFP” shall constitute a presumption of receipt and rejection of the RFP, and the potential Offeror’s organization name shall not appear on the Distribution List.‌
