Where, after this Purchase Agreement has become binding in accordance with Section D.6, there is a Material Change in the Project, Purchaser may rescind this Purchase Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of Purchaser's receipt of a copy of a Disclosure Document providing a description of the Material Change and a Notice of Right to Rescind Sales Contract and Purchaser's Receipt, prescribed by the Commission, regarding Purchaser's thirty (30)-day rescission right.
Resident may terminate this Agreement within seven (7) days of execution of this Agreement by signing the attached Notice of Right to Rescind and delivering it to Messiah Village.
