Intent to Use Diverse Businesses. If any part of the Work, including the supply of equipment and materials, is anticipated to be subcontracted, then prior to receipt of the first payment, Design- Builder shall submit a list of all Subcontractors it intends to use, designate whether any of the Subcontractors are registered as a Washington Small Business, MiniBusiness, or Microbusiness in WEBS or Washington state certified MBE, WBE, MWBE, Veteran Owned and/or Self-identified firms, indicate the anticipated dollar value of each Washington Small Business, Washington Minibusiness, Washington Microbusiness, MBE, WBE, MWBE, or Veteran Owned subcontract, and provide Tax Identification Number (TIN).
