Interaction with Other Agreements. To the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement or any applicable privacy protection Laws or regulations, the foregoing rights and obligations of this Section 9.01 shall be in addition to any similar or related rights and obligations that may be provided or applicable to members of the eBay Group or members of the PayPal Group, as applicable, under the Separation and Distribution Agreement, Tax Matters Agreement and/or Intellectual Property Matters Agreement, if and as applicable.
