Interaction with Other Agreements. For the avoidance of doubt, an investment advisory fee waiver or reduction or a payment remitted by the Adviser to a Fund pursuant to the Westwood Funds Total Expense Limitation Agreement shall be deemed to be an investment advisory fee waiver or reduction or a payment remitted by the Adviser to the Fund for the purposes of this Agreement.
