Common use of Interaction with Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Interaction with Other Agreements. For the avoidance of doubt, any reimbursement payment made by a Fund pursuant to this Agreement must be consistent with the reimbursement provisions of the Westwood Funds Other Expense Limitation Agreement, and shall be deemed to be a reimbursement payment by the Fund for the purposes of the Westwood Funds Other Expense Limitation Agreement.
