Common use of Interagency Service Clause Clause in Contracts

Interagency Service Clause. Both Parties acknowledge and agree that the contracted services may be provided to any entity of the Executive Branch with which the Authority subscribes an interagency agreement or by direct disposition of the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Governor of Puerto Rico. These services will be provided under the same terms and conditions regarding work hours and/or compensation as set forth in this Agreement. For purposes of this section, the term "entity of the Executive Branch" includes all agencies of the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as its instrumentalities, public corporations and the Governor's Office.
