Intercept Treatment and Transfer Service Announcements. Embarq shall provide unbranded intercept treatment and transfer of service announcements to CLEC’s subscribers. Embarq shall provide such treatment and transfer of service announcement in accordance with local tariffs and as provided to similarly situated Embarq subscribers for all service disconnects, suspensions, or transfers.
