Intercept Treatment and Transfer Service Announcements. CenturyLink shall provide unbranded intercept treatment and transfer of service announcements to CLEC’s subscribers. CenturyLink shall provide such treatment and transfer of service announcement in accordance with local tariffs and as provided to similarly situated CenturyLink subscribers for all service disconnects, suspensions, or transfers.
