Interconnected Transmission Owner None. 4.0 Subject to modification pursuant to the Negotiated Contract Option and/or the Option to Build under the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall be subject to the estimated charges detailed below, which shall be billed and paid in accordance with Appendix 2, Section 11 of this ISA and the applicable Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
