Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities. The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own, operate and maintain the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities in accordance with the following requirements, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the ISO OATT or applicable NYISO Procedures: NYISO requirements, industry standards and specifications regulatory requirements, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s applicable Connecting Transmission Owner’s Electric System Bulletins (“ESBs”), provided at the following website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ProNet/Technical-Resources/Electric- Specifications, the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Protection and Interconnection Customer Attachment Facilities Electric Installation Specification for Fairway Solar Project provided as Appendix C to the Facilities Study for the Small Generating Facility (“Project Specific Specifications”), and Good Utility Practice. The Interconnection Customer shall submit all engineering design and electrical specifications associated with Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities to the Connecting Transmission Owner for its review and acceptance in accordance with the ESBs and Project Specific Specifications. The Interconnection Customer shall install a meter panel in accordance with the Project Specific Specifications and the ESB 756A. As per ESB 756A, the Interconnection Customer shall install the RTU indoors and within 15 feet of the meter(s), and remote from: • heavy traffic areas, work areas, and loading areas; • heat producing or high electrostatic or electromagnetic field producing equipment; and • station batteries. The Interconnection Customer shall install conduit for the wiring from the instrument transformers to the meter equipment panel and meter socket in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for ordering the fiber facility required at the Fairway Solar Collector Substation. Upon termination of this Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the decommissioning and removal of Interconnection Facilities. New right-of-way (“ROW”) will be required for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Line 6 Tap and must accommodate the 125’ x 125’ work pads required for the installation of the new structures. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for obtaining the property/easements needed for the tap line, access roads to/from the tap, and work pads, in accordance with the standards set forth in the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Standards And Requirements Relating to Third Party Acquisition and Transfer of Real Property Interests to Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation for Electric Facilities and Survey Specifications (January 2019). The Interconnection Customer is also responsible for all permitting. The Interconnection Customer’s takeoff structure shall be designed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Project Specific Specifications.

SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. 2756 The Interconnection Customer shall furnish and install: • a billing meter panel in the Hawthorn Solar Collector Substation control building in accordance with ESB 756 and ESB 750 (“Project Specific Specifications”the billing meter panel must be near the RTU); • conduit for the wiring from the instrument transformers to the Connecting Transmission Owner supplied meter socket in accordance with ESB 758, ESB 752, and Good Utility PracticeESB 750. The Interconnection Customer shall submit all engineering design and electrical specifications associated with Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities to run the Connecting Transmission Owner for its review and acceptance provided color-coded instrument transformer secondary cable from the instrument transformers to the meter socket in accordance with the ESBs and Hawthorn Solar Project Specific Specifications. The Interconnection Customer shall install a meter panel in accordance with the Project Specific Specifications and the ESB 756A. As per ESB 756A756 and ESB 752, the Interconnection Customer shall install the RTU indoors and within 15 feet of the meter(s), ) and remote from: • heavy traffic areas, work areas, and loading areas; • heat producing or high electrostatic or electromagnetic field producing equipment; and • station batteries. The Interconnection Customer shall install conduit provide: • a dedicated 20A, 120VAC single phase 60 hertz power circuit for the RTU; • conduit and wiring (minimum No. 10 AWG copper) to the RTU cabinet, which shall enter the cabinet from the instrument transformers to the meter equipment panel and meter socket in accordance with the ESBs and the Project Specific Specifications. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for ordering the fiber facility required at the Fairway Solar Collector Substation. The Interconnection Customer All protection scheme design drawings and relay settings shall submit all engineering design and electrical specifications associated with be prepared by the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities NYS licensed professional engineer, and the design and equipment specifications shall be provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner for its review review, comment and acceptance acceptance, prior to application and testing in accordance with the ESBs ESBs. The Interconnection Customer will mount the CT/PT units and Project Specific Specificationsinstall the meter socket enclosure provided by Connecting Transmission Owner, make grounding connections, and complete all primary wiring. The Interconnection Customer shall install a meter panel in accordance with provide On/Off switches for the DTT schemes. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for ordering the fiber facility required at the Albany 1 Collector Substation. The Interconnection Customer shall construct the following portions of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities as stated above and per the Project Specific Specifications and the ESB 756A. As per ESB 756A, the ESBs: • The Interconnection Customer shall will provide 115kV line protection to remove the generation for faults on Long Lane – LaFarge Line 6 and redundant distance relaying. • The Interconnection Customer will install the RTU provided by Connecting Transmission Owner as per Connecting Transmission Owner’s ESB 752, indoors and within 15 feet of the meter(s), and remote from: o heavy traffic areas, work areas, and loading areas; o heat producing or high electrostatic or electromagnetic field producing equipment; and o station batteries. The Interconnection Customer shall will install conduit for the wiring from the instrument transformers an Ethernet communications link to the meter equipment panel and meter socket in accordance with RTU for transmitting the ESBs and metering data to the Project Specific SpecificationsRTU. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for ordering the fiber facility required at the Fairway Solar Collector Substation. Upon termination of this Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the decommissioning and removal of Interconnection Facilities. New right-of-way (“ROW”) A 100’ wide ROW will be required for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Line 6 Tap and must accommodate the 125’ x 125’ work pads will be required for the installation of the each new structuresstructure. The Interconnection Customer is responsible for obtaining the property/easements needed for the tap line, access roads to/from the tap, and work pads, in accordance with the standards set forth in the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Standards And Requirements Relating to Third Party Acquisition and Transfer of Real Property Interests to Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation for Electric Facilities and Survey Specifications (January 2019). The Interconnection Customer is also responsible for all permitting. The Interconnection Customer’s takeoff structure for the Line 6 Tap shall be designed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Project Specific Specifications. Upon termination of this Agreement, Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the decommissioning and removal of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities.

Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities.
