Close-Out Documentation. Contractor shall assemble for District’s approval within thirty (30) days of Substantial Completion all close-out documentation as required by the Contract Documents, including the required number of copies of operating, maintenance, and warranty data from all manufacturers whose equipment is installed in the Work, and Record Documents of the Work.

Close-Out Documentation. Final Acceptance of the Project Facilities by Affected System Operator is contingent upon the completion of any remaining “punch list” and the following closeout items. The completion of the following “punch list” and closeout items to be within a reasonable time after the final energization/in-service date but in no event more than thirty (30) days: • record drawings signed and sealed by a licensed and currently registered professional engineer in the State of New York; • design and construction specifications; • design calculations; • design studies; • commissioning testing and documentation; • manufacturer instruction books; • manufacturer certified test reports; • manufacturer warranty information; and • update and add new “as-left” relay settings in the Aspen relay data base. All contractors are required to have Aspen relay data base training before access is allowed. The record drawing update process shall be completed within ninety (90) days of final energization.
Close-Out Documentation. Upon the completion of Tenant's Work, Tenant shall furnish to Landlord the following documentation ("Close-Out Documentation"):
(1) complete as-built drawings of Tenant's Work from all trades, in the form of one set of reproducible drawings, one set of prints, and an electronic version on floppy discs in AutoCAD R13 format; (2) air balancing reports on the HVAC system; (3) copies of all permits issued in connection with Tenant's Work and copies of all finalized permit inspection cards; (4) copies of any required certificate of occupancy from the City of Oakland for the Building Premises; (5) an Unconditional Waiver And Release Upon Final Payment in accordance with California Civil Code Section 3262, executed by each and every contractor, subcontractor and materialman concerned with Tenant's Work, including but not limited to each entity or person who has served a Preliminary 20-day Notice in connection with Tenant's Work; (6) releases for any and all mechanics' liens filed by contractors, subcontractors and materialmen concerned with Tenant's Work; (7) appropriate documentation of the actual amounts paid or incurred by Tenant for the completion of Tenant's Work for which Tenant is seeking reimbursement from Landlord,
Close-Out Documentation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Exhibit, in addition to any other requirements set forth herein, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant all of the following as soon as possible following Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements, but not later than forty-five (45) days thereafter:
(a) The originals or copies of operation and maintenance manuals received from the Contractor for all building systems serving the Premises.
(b) The originals or copies of all guarantees and warranties obtained by Landlord in connection with the construction of the Tenant Improvements.
(c) Copies of the final as-built plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall cause the Contractor provide to Tenant within forty-five (45) days after Substantial Completion of the Tenant Improvements, a list of the name, address and telephone number of all contractors and subcontractors that have supplied labor or furnished a major component of materials or equipment to the Premises on behalf of Landlord. Landlord shall cause Contractor to complete all punch-list items within sixty (60) days of the date on which Landlord and Tenant agree upon the punch-list items.
Close-Out Documentation. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Exhibit, in addition to any other requirements set forth herein, Landlord shall deliver to Tenant all of the following as soon as possible following Substantial Completion (as defined in Exhibit D of the Lease; provided that references in Exhibit D to Premises shall mean the Expansion Space for purposes hereof) of the Expansion Improvements, but not later than forty-five (45) days thereafter:
(a) The originals or copies of operation and maintenance manuals received from the Contractor for all building systems, if any, serving the Expansion Space.
(b) The originals or copies of all guarantees and warranties obtained by Landlord in connection with the construction of the Expansion Improvements. Landlord shall cause the Contractor provide to Tenant within forty-five (45) days after Substantial Completion of the Expansion Improvements, a list of the name, address and telephone number of all contractors and subcontractors that have supplied labor or furnished a major component of materials or equipment to the Expansion Space on behalf of Landlord.

Close-Out Documentation. Consultant will distribute close-out documentation to consist of Final Release and Waiver of Lien, Final Acceptance Letter, Material Certifications, Affidavit of Payment of Debts and Claims, Consent to Surety of Final Payment, and other contract requirements. Final Pay Request, Final DBE report, and other project documentation as required shall also be included.
Close-Out Documentation. Within forty-five (45) days after each Certificate of Substantial Completion has been executed by Customer and received by PG&E, PG&E shall provide Customer with
(a) any applicable governmental approvals, permits, and sign-offs, (b) all equipment specifications and ratings, (c) any applicable test data and reports, (d) final as-built and shop drawings, (e) operating instructions, operations and maintenance manuals and schedules, recommended spare parts lists, and all other written information relating to the Project measure, and (f) equipment warranties.
