Common use of Interconnection Facility Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Facility. See “Internetwork Facilities”. The physical point on the network where the two parties interconnect. The IP is the demarcation point between ownership of the transmission facility. (For purposes of this Agreement, the term “IP” is used interchangeably with the term Point of Interconnection, or POI.)
