Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal has designated in the new LATA; (ii) Focal's requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-binding forecast of Focal's trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal has identified as its initial Routing Point in the LATA as the Focal-IP in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the Focal-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the Focal-IP, the Focal- IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by Focal; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's receipt of Focal's notice, BA and Focal shall confirm the BA-IP, the Focal-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 4.5.1 If Focal USWest determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA in Maryland not listed in Schedule 3.0 4.1 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal USWest shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 4.5.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 4.5.1 shall include (ia) the CLEC-IP; (b) the requested BA-IP; (c) the initial Routing Rating Point Focal USWest has designated in the new LATA; (iid) Focal's requested USWest’s intended Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)activation date; and (iiie) a non-binding forecast of Focal's USWest’s trunking requirementsrequirements conforming to subsection 10.3. 4.4.3 4.5.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) USWest has identified as its initial Routing Point Rating Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalUSWest-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access upon Tandem Office or End Offices within the LATA nearest to the FocalUSWest-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H V and H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the a BA-IP to the FocalUSWest-IP, the Focal- USWest-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility a non-distance sensitive Entrance Facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 4.5.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 4.1 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalUSWest; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date activation date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five sixty (4560) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's noticethe USWest’s notice provided for in subsection 4.5.1, BA and Focal USWest shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalUSWest-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date activation date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.04.1.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal ACI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal ACI shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal ACI has designated in the new LATA; (ii) FocalACI's requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-binding forecast of FocalACI's trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) ACI has identified as its initial Routing Point Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalACI-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed upon BA Local Serving Wire Center Center(s) that houses an Access a Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalACI-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalACI-IP, the Focal- ACI-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalACI; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 4.6.1 If Focal Transwire determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA in Maryland not listed in Schedule 3.0 4.1 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal Transwire shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 4.6.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 4.6.1 shall include (i) CLEC-IP; (ii) the requested BA-IP; (iii)the initial Routing Rating Point Focal Transwire has designated in the new LATA; (iiiv) Focal's requested Transwire’s intended Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)Date; and (iiiv) a non-binding forecast of Focal's Transwire’s trunking requirementsrequirements conforming to subsection 10.3. 4.4.3 4.6.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) Transwire has identified as its initial Routing Point Rating Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalTranswire-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access upon Tandem Office or End Offices within the LATA nearest to the FocalTranswire-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H V and H coordinates methodMethod) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the a BA-IP to the FocalTranswire-IP, the Focal- Transwire-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility a non-distance sensitive Entrance Facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 4.6.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 4.1 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalTranswire; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five sixty (4560) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's noticethe Transwire’s notice provided for in 4.5.1, BA and Focal Transwire shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalTranswire-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal Covad determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal Covad shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal Covad has designated in the new LATA; (ii) Focal's Covad’s requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-non- binding forecast of Focal's Covad’s trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) Covad has identified as its initial Routing Point Point(s) in the LATA as the Focal-IP Covad- IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed upon BA Local Serving Wire Center Center(s) that houses an Access a Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalCovad-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalCovad-IP, the Focal- Covad-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalXxxxx; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's Covad’s notice, BA and Focal Covad shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalCovad-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 4.5.1 If Focal Compass determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA in Massachusetts not listed in Schedule 3.0 4.1 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal Compass shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 4.5.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 4.5.1 shall include (ia) the Compass-IP; (b) the requested BA-IP; (c)the initial Routing Rating Point Focal Compass has designated in the new LATA; (iid) Focal's requested Compass’s intended Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)activation date ; and (iiie) a non-binding forecast of Focal's Compass’s trunking requirementsrequirements conforming to subsection 10.3. 4.4.3 4.5.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) Compass has identified as its initial Routing Point Rating Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalCompass-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access upon Tandem Office or End Offices within the LATA nearest to the FocalCompass-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H V and H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the a BA-IP to the FocalCompass-IP, the Focal- Compass-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility a non-distance sensitive Entrance Facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 4.5.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 4.1 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalCompass; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date activation date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five sixty (4560) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal NEXTLINK determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal NEXTLINK shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal NEXTLINK has designated in the new LATA; (ii) Focal's NEXTLINK’s requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-binding forecast of Focal's NEXTLINK’s trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) NEXTLINK has identified as its initial Routing Point Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalNEXTLINK-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed upon BA Local Serving Wire Center Center(s) that houses an Access a Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalNEXTLINK-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalNEXTLINK-IP, the Focal- NEXTLINK-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalNEXTLINK; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five thirty (4530) business days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's NEXTLINK’s notice, BA and Focal NEXTLINK shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalNEXTLINK-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal KMC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal KMC shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal KMC has designated in the new LATA; (ii) Focal's KMC’s requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-binding forecast of Focal's KMC’s trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) KMC has identified as its initial Routing Point Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalKMC-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed upon BA Local Serving Wire Center Center(s) that houses an Access a Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalKMC-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalKMC-IP, the Focal- KMC-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalKMC; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's KMC’s notice, BA and Focal KMC shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalKMC-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 4.5.1 If Focal MFN determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA in Maryland not listed in Schedule 3.0 4.1 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal MFN shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 4.5.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 4.5.1 shall include (ia) the CLEC-IP; (b) the requested BA-IP; (c) the initial Routing Rating Point Focal MFN has designated in the new LATA; (iid) Focal's requested MFN’s intended Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)activation date; and (iiie) a non-binding forecast of Focal's MFN’s trunking requirementsrequirements conforming to subsection 10.3. 4.4.3 4.5.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) MFN has identified as its initial Routing Point Rating Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalMFN-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access upon Tandem Office or End Offices within the LATA nearest to the FocalMFN-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H V and H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the a BA-IP to the FocalMFN-IP, the Focal- MFN-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility a non-distance sensitive Entrance Facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 4.5.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 4.1 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalMFN; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date activation date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five sixty (4560) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's noticethe MFN’s notice provided for in subsection 4.5.1, BA and Focal MFN shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalMFN-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date activation date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.04.1.

Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's ACI’s notice, BA and Focal ACI shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalACI-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal Commonwealth determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal Commonwealth shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal Commonwealth has designated in the new LATA; (ii) Focal's Commonwealth’s requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-binding forecast of Focal's Commonwealth’s trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) Commonwealth has identified as its initial Routing Point Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalC-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed upon BA Local Serving Wire Center Center(s) that houses an Access Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalC-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalC-IP, the Focal- C-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalCommonwealth; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's Commonwealth’s notice, BA and Focal Commonwealth shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalC-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 4.5.1 If Focal DBC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA in Rhode Island not listed in Schedule 3.0 4.1 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal DBC shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 4.5.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 4.5.1 shall include (ia) the DBC-IP; (b) the requested BA- IP; (c)the initial Routing Rating Point Focal DBC has designated in the new LATA; (iid) Focal's requested DBC’s intended Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)activation date ; and (iiie) a non-binding forecast of Focal's DBC’s trunking requirementsrequirements conforming to subsection 10.3. 4.4.3 4.5.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) DBC has identified as its initial Routing Point Rating Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalDBC-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access upon Tandem Office or End Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalDBC-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H V and H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the a BA-IP to the FocalDBC-IP, the Focal- DBC-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility a non-distance sensitive Entrance Facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 4.5.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 4.1 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalDBC; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date activation date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five sixty (4560) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal MFS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal MFS shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal MFS has designated in the new LATA; : (ii) FocalMFS's requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); ): and (iii) a non-binding forecast of FocalMFS's trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal MFS has identified as its initial Routing Point in the LATA as the FocalM-IP in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalM-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalM-IP, the Focal- IP M-IP, shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by Focal; MFS, provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's receipt of FocalMFS's notice, . BA and Focal MFS shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalM-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal Covad determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal Covad shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal Covad has designated in the new LATA; (ii) Focal's Covad’s requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-binding forecast of Focal's Covad’s trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) Covad has identified as its initial Routing Point Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalCovad-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed upon BA Local Serving Wire Center Center(s) that houses an Access a Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalCovad-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalCovad-IP, the Focal- Covad-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalCovad; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's Covad’s notice, BA and Focal Covad shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalCovad-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Within ten (10) business days of BA's receipt of FocalMFS's notice, BA and Focal MFS shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalM-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal FOCAL determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any other LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange ServicesServices in New York State, Focal FOCAL shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 Section 4.5.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal FOCAL has designated in the new LATA; (ii) FocalFOCAL's requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)Date; and (iii) a non-binding forecast of FocalFOCAL's trunking bunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal FOCAL has identified as its initial Routing Point in the LATA as the FocalF-IP in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed the BA Local Serving Tandem Office Wire Center that houses an Access Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalF-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the Focal-IP, the Focal- IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by Focal; provided, however, that unless Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a each new LATA shall not be the earlier than fortyof (i) the date mutually agreed by the Parties and (ii) the date that is one-five hundred and fifty (45150) days after receipt by the date on which FOCAL delivered notice to BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing informationpursuant to Section 4.4.1. Within ten (10) business days of BA's receipt of FocalFOCAL's notice, BA and Focal FOCAL shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalF-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum a supplementary schedule to Schedule 3.04.0.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 4.5.1 If Focal Global determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA in Maryland not listed in Schedule 3.0 4.1 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal Global shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 4.5.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 Section 4.5.1 shall include (ia) the CLEC-IP; (b) the requested BA-IP; (c) the initial Routing Rating Point Focal Global has designated in the new LATA; (iid) Focal's requested Global’s intended Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)activation date; and (iiie) a non-binding forecast of Focal's Global’s trunking requirementsrequirements conforming to Section 10.3. 4.4.3 4.5.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) Global has identified as its initial Routing Point Rating Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalGlobal-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access upon Tandem Office or End Offices within the LATA nearest to the FocalGlobal-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates methodV and H Coordinates Method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the a BA-IP to the FocalGlobal-IP, the Focal- Global-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility a non-distance sensitive Entrance Facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 4.5.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 4.1 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalGlobal; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date activation date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five sixty (4560) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's noticethe Global’s notice provided for in Section 4.5.1, BA and Focal Global shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalGlobal-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date activation date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.04.1.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 4.5.1 If Focal Compass determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA in Maryland not listed in Schedule 3.0 4.1 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal Compass shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 4.5.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 4.5.1 shall include (ia) the Compass-IP; (b) the requested BA-IP; (c) the initial Routing Rating Point Focal Compass has designated in the new LATA; (iid) Focal's requested Compass’s intended Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0)activation date; and (iiie) a non-binding forecast of Focal's Compass’s trunking requirementsrequirements conforming to subsection 10.3. 4.4.3 4.5.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) Compass has identified as its initial Routing Point Rating Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalCompass-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed BA Local Serving Wire Center that houses an Access upon Tandem Office or End Offices within the LATA nearest to the FocalCompass-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H V and H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the a BA-IP to the FocalCompass-IP, the Focal- Compass-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility a non-distance sensitive Entrance Facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 4.5.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 4.1 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalCompass; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date activation date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five sixty (4560) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's noticethe Compass’s notice provided for in subsection 4.5.1, BA and Focal Compass shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalCompass-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date activation date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.04.1.

Interconnection in Additional LATAs. 4.4.1 If Focal ICI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services in any LATA not listed in Schedule 3.0 in which BA also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Focal ICI shall provide written notice to BA of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement. 4.4.2 The notice provided in subsection 4.4.1 shall include (i) the initial Routing Point Focal ICI has designated in the new LATA; (ii) Focal's ICI’s requested Interconnection Activation Date (and related milestone dates in accordance with the format in Schedule 3.0); and (iii) a non-non- binding forecast of Focal's ICI’s trunking requirements. 4.4.3 Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, the Parties shall designate the Wire Center Focal Center(s) ICI has identified as its initial Routing Point Point(s) in the LATA as the FocalI-IP IP(s) in that LATA and shall designate a mutually agreed upon BA Local Serving Wire Center Center(s) that houses an Access a Tandem Office within the LATA nearest to the FocalI-IP (as measured in airline miles utilizing the V&H coordinates method) as the BA-IP IP(s) in that LATA, provided that, for the purpose of charging for the transport of traffic from the BA-IP to the FocalI-IP, the Focal- I-IP shall be no further than an entrance facility away from the BA-IP. 4.4.4 The Parties shall agree upon an addendum to Schedule 3.0 to reflect the schedule applicable to each new LATA requested by FocalICI; provided, however, that unless agreed by the Parties, the Interconnection Activation Date in a new LATA shall not be earlier than forty-five (45) days after receipt by BA of all complete and accurate trunk orders and routing information. Within ten (10) business days of BA's ’s receipt of Focal's ICI’s notice, BA and Focal ICI shall confirm the BA-IP, the FocalI-IP and the Interconnection Activation Date for the new LATA by attaching an addendum to Schedule 3.0.
