Interconnection of Transmission Facilities. The Transmission Developer’s Transmission Project and the Connecting Transmission Owner’s transmission system shall interconnect at the Points of Interconnection set forth in Appendix C of this Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
