Interconnection Technical Standards. The interconnection of all networks will be based upon accepted industry/national guidelines for transmission standards and traffic blocking criteria. Interconnecting facilities shall conform, at a minimum, to the telecommunications industry standard of DS-1 pursuant to Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xx. XX-XXX-00000. Signal transfer point, Signaling System 7 (“SS7”) connectivity is required at each interconnection point. BellSouth will provide out-of-band signaling using Common Channel Signaling Access Capability where technically and economically feasible, in accordance with the technical specifications set forth in the BellSouth Guidelines to Technical Publication, TR-TSV- 000905. Facilities of each party shall provide the necessary on-hook, off- hook answer and disconnect supervision and shall hand off calling number ID when technically feasible.
