Common use of Interconnection with other Collocated Carriers Clause in Contracts

Interconnection with other Collocated Carriers. Upon written request to CBT, CLEC shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLEC's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Upon written request to CBT, CLEC Intermedia shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLECIntermedia's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements or services (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC Intermedia may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC Intermedia provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, requirements and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC Intermedia and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC Intermedia or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Interconnection with other Collocated Carriers. Upon written request to CBT, CLEC CBT shall be permitted permit Sprint to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLECSprint's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC Sprint may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), ; and (ii) CLEC provides the connecting transmission facilities of Sprint and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within CBT's Premises. Sprint shall provide written notice to CBT of its intent to interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT’s premises and specify that Sprint shall (i) provide the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, and or (iiiii) request CBT to provide the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC and connection for Sprint at rates set in accordance with the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within CBT's PremisesAct. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC Sprint or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Upon written request to CBT, CLEC Frontier shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-Co- Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLECFrontier's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC Frontier may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC Frontier provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC Frontier and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC Frontier or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Interconnection with other Collocated Carriers. Upon written request to CBT, CLEC Intermedia shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (( “Co-Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLECIntermedia's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements or services (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC Intermedia may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (( i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC Intermedia provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, requirements and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC Intermedia and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC Intermedia or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Upon written request to CBT, CLEC Sprint shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-ACo- Carrier Cross-Connect”Connect@) so long as (i) CLECSprint's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC Sprint may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC Sprint provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC Sprint and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC Sprint or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Upon written request to CBT, CLEC Adelphia shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLECAdelphia's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements or services (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC Adelphia may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC Adelphia provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, requirements and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC Adelphia and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC Adelphia or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Upon written request to CBT, CLEC ICG shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-Co- Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLECICG's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC ICG may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC ICG provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC ICG and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC ICG or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Upon written request to CBT, CLEC TELIGENT shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-Carrier Cross-Connect”) so long as (i) CLECTELIGENT's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC TELIGENT may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC TELIGENT provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC TELIGENT and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Cross- Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC TELIGENT or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.

Interconnection with other Collocated Carriers. Upon written request to CBT, CLEC Sprint shall be permitted to Interconnect its network with that of another collocating Telecommunications Carrier at CBT's Premises by connecting its Collocated equipment to the Collocated equipment of the other Telecommunications Carrier via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facilities (“Co-A Co- Carrier Cross-Connect”Connect@ ) so long as (i) CLECSprint's and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier's collocated equipment are to be used for Interconnection with CBT or for access to CBT's Network Elements (except that the Parties acknowledge that CLEC Sprint may Collocate equipment necessary to connect to such other collocating Telecommunications Carrier (i.e., a multiplexer) that may not be directly connected to CBT for access to CBT's Network Elements but will connect at some point to CBT's network), (ii) CLEC Sprint provides the connection between the equipment in the collocated spaces via a Cross-Connection or other connecting transmission facility that, at a minimum, complies in all respects with CBT's technical and engineering requirements, and (iii) the connecting transmission facilities of CLEC Sprint and the other collocating Telecommunications Carrier are contained wholly within space provided solely for Physical Collocation within CBT's Premises. In the event that such Co-Carrier Cross-Connect is used to connect with the Virtual Collocation equipment of CLEC Sprint or another Telecommunications Carrier, CBT shall provide the Cross-Connect on an individual case basis at rates set in accordance with the Act.
