Common use of Interdepartmental Mail System Clause in Contracts

Interdepartmental Mail System. ‌ County agrees to allow limited use of the County’s interdepartmental mail system and the County e-mail system to the SBU. Such use shall not include mass mailings of materials not suitable for posting under Section A. All use of the County e-mail system is subject to the County’s internet and e-mail policy, including the provision that there is no reasonable expectation of privacy for messages placed on the system, and that all messages are subject to applicable provisions under the Nevada Public Records Law.
