Interest and Principal Deposits. No later than the fifth (5th) Business Day preceding each date on which the principal of or interest on the Loan or any Parity Debt shall become due and payable, including but not limited to the principal amount of the Loan to be prepaid hereunder together with any prepayment premium thereon, the Agency shall withdraw from the Special Fund and transfer to the Trustee an amount which, together with the amounts then held on deposit in the Interest Account, the Principal Account and the Revenue Fund, is equal to the aggregate amount of such principal, interest and prepayment premium coming due on such Loan Interest Payment Date or such Loan Principal Payment Date.

  • Payments of Interest and Principal (a) The Issuer will cause interest to be paid on each Interest Payment Date and principal to be paid on the Expected Maturity Date; provided, however, that it shall not be an Event of Default if principal is not paid in full on such Expected Maturity Date unless funds for such payment have been allocated in accordance with Section 3.01 of the Indenture Supplement; and provided, further, that if a Class C(2020-5) Adverse Event has occurred and is continuing, principal will instead be payable in monthly installments on each Principal Payment Date for the Class C(2020-5) Notes in accordance with Sections 3.01 and 3.05 of the Indenture Supplement. All payments of interest and principal on the Class C(2020-5) Notes shall be made as set forth in Section 1102 of the Indenture.

  • INTEREST AND CHARGES 7.1 If we do not receive your full payment of the current balance specified in the statement of account on or before the payment due date, you must pay daily interest at the rate of (i) S$3.00 per month or (ii) at the retail interest rate or cash interest rate (where applicable) as set out in the statement of account, whichever is the greater, on:-

If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected, returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, you agree that an original check will not be returned to you and that we may charge back the amount of the original check and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check, or a substitute check. You will reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by, or relating to, the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to deposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.

  • Notification of Rate of Interest and Interest Amounts The Agent or the Calculation Agent, as applicable, will cause the Rate of Interest and each Interest Amount for each Interest Period and the relevant Interest Payment Date to be notified to the Issuer and any stock exchange on which the relevant Floating Rate Notes are for the time being listed (by no later than the first day of each Interest Period) and notice thereof to be published in accordance with Condition 13 as soon as possible after their determination but in no event later than the fourth London Business Day thereafter. Each Interest Amount and Interest Payment Date so notified may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made by way of adjustment) without prior notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the Interest Period. Any such amendment will promptly be notified to each stock exchange on which the relevant Floating Rate Notes are for the time being listed and to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 13. For the purposes of this paragraph, the expression London Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) on which banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business in London.

  • Deposits of Loan Amounts Except as the Bank may otherwise agree:

  • State Interest Liabilities 8.6.1 The State shall be liable for interest on Federal funds from the date Federal funds are credited to a State account until the date those funds are paid out for program purposes.

  • Interest on Deposit Liabilities The Assuming Institution agrees that, from and after Bank Closing, it will accrue and pay interest on Deposit liabilities assumed pursuant to Section 2.1 at a rate(s) it shall determine; provided, that for non-transaction Deposit liabilities such rate(s) shall not be less than the lowest rate offered by the Assuming Institution to its depositors for non-transaction deposit accounts. The Assuming Institution shall permit each depositor to withdraw, without penalty for early withdrawal, all or any portion of such depositor's Deposit, whether or not the Assuming Institution elects to pay interest in accordance with any deposit agreement formerly existing between the Failed Bank and such depositor; and further provided, that if such Deposit has been pledged to secure an obligation of the depositor or other party, any withdrawal thereof shall be subject to the terms of the agreement governing such pledge. The Assuming Institution shall give notice to such depositors as provided in Section 5.3 of the rate(s) of interest which it has determined to pay and of such withdrawal rights.

  • Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges Borrower will pay each Periodic Payment when due. Borrower will also pay any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note, and any other amounts due under this Security Instrument. Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument must be made in U.S. currency. If any check or other instrument received by Lender as payment under the Note or this Security Instrument is returned to Lender unpaid, Lender may require that any or all subsequent payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument be made in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check, or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (d) Electronic Fund Transfer. Payments are deemed received by Lender when received at the location designated in the Note or at such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 16. Lender may accept or return any Partial Payments in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 2. Any offset or claim that Borrower may have now or in the future against Lender will not relieve Borrower from making the full amount of all payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument.

  • Initial Deposit On the Closing Date, the Depositor will deposit, or cause to be deposited, the Required Reserve Amount in the Reserve Account according to Section 4.1 of the Exchange Note Sale Agreement.
