Interest and Return of Capital Contributions. No Partner shall be entitled to interest on any Capital Contribution and no Partner shall have the right to withdraw or to demand the return of all or any part of its Capital Contribution, except as specifically provided in this Agreement.

Interest and Return of Capital Contributions. The Company shall not pay interest on the capital contributions or Capital Account of any Member. Prior to the termination of the Company, no Member shall have the right to demand the return of the Member's capital contribution unless the Company has paid all of its liabilities (except liabilities to the Members as a result of their contributions) or the Company will have after the return sufficient assets with which to pay those liabilities. In addition, all of the Members must have consented to the return. No Member shall have the right to demand and receive property other than cash in return for the Member's capital contribution.
