Examples of Capital Account in a sentence
Are entitled to eighty-five percent (85%) of profits as set forth in Section 1.1.10 and shall be entitled to a return of their positive Capital Account balances upon a dissolution and liquidation of the Company in accordance with Article 13.
Subject to the provisions of Subsection 9.1.2 through Subsection 9.1.11, inclusive, of this Agreement, the items specified in this Section 9.1 shall be allocated to the Members as necessary to eliminate any deficit Capital Account balances.
