Interest Cover Ratio Sample Clauses

Interest Cover Ratio. The Interest Cover Ratio for any Test Period shall be not less than 3.50:1. All the terms used in this Section 6.04 shall be calculated in accordance with the accounting principles applied in connection with the latest consolidated financial statements of the Parent required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b).
