Relevant Period definition

Relevant Period means the period from the passing of this resolution until whichever is the earliest of:

Relevant Period means the period of 12 months ending with the day on which M gives a notification for the purposes of section 30(1) or section 31(7), as the case may be, of the Act;

Relevant Period means a period of 8 years beginning with the acquisition of a Share by a Shareholder and each subsequent period of 8 years beginning immediately after the preceding Relevant Period.

• In addition, the Employment Business will be entitled to charge a Transfer Fee to the Hirer if the Hirer introduces the Agency Worker to a third party (other than another employment business) who subsequently Engages the Agency Worker, directly or indirectly, before or during an Assignment or within the Relevant Period.

More Definitions of Relevant Period

Relevant Period means the period from the date of passing of this resolution until whichever is the earlier of:
