Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio. Borrower shall not permit the Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.50 to 1.00 between the Closing Date and up to June 30, 1999, and 1.75 to 1.00 thereafter.

Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio. Borrowers shall not permit the Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio to be less than (a) on December 31, 1999, .80 to 1.00, (b) from January 1, 2000 though January 31, 2000, .85 to 1.00, (c) from February 1, 2000 through February 29, 2000, 1.30 to 1.00, and (d) from and after March 1, 2000, 1.35 to 1.00.

Related to Interest/Dividend Coverage Ratio

  • Interest Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Interest Coverage Ratio to be less than 2.75 to 1.0 on the last day of any Fiscal Quarter.

  • Minimum Interest Coverage Ratio The Borrowers shall not permit the Interest Coverage Ratio, calculated as of the end of each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters then ended, to be less than 3.50 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Unsecured Interest Coverage Ratio As of the last day of any fiscal quarter, the Unsecured Interest Coverage Ratio for the Parent, on a consolidated basis, for the fiscal quarter then ended, annualized, to be less than or equal to 1.75 to 1.00; and

  • Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 3.00 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Interest Coverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 3.25 to 1.00.

  • Cash Flow Coverage Ratio The ratio of (a) the Borrower's Cash Flow to (b) the sum of (i) the Borrower's consolidated Interest Expense plus (ii) the Borrower's scheduled payments of principal (including the principal component of Capital Leases) to be paid during the 12 months following any date of determination shall at all times exceed (1) 1.5 to 1.0. Compliance with the ratio will be tested as of the last day of each month, with Cash Flow and Interest Expense being calculated for the twelve months then ended.

  • Interest Expense Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the ratio of (i) Consolidated EBITDA to (ii) Consolidated Cash Interest Expense for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters to be less than 3.75 to 1.00.

  • Debt Coverage Ratio Permit, as of the close of any fiscal quarter, the ratio of (a) quarterly EBITDAX to (b) Debt Service to be less than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Maximum Leverage Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter, the Borrower shall not permit the ratio (the "Leverage Ratio") of (i) Consolidated Funded Indebtedness to (ii) EBITDA of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, as at the end of and for the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on such day, to be greater than (i) 2.00 to 1.00.

  • Asset Coverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Asset Coverage Ratio to be less than 2.00 to 1 at any time.
