Interest in Property of the Company. Each Member’s Interest will for all purposes be personal property. No Member will have any interest in specific Company property. All property of the Company, whether real or personal, tangible or intangible, will be deemed to be owned by the Company as an Entity, and no Member, individually, will have any direct ownership in, or rights to, such property.
