Common use of INTEREST ON RENT Clause in Contracts

INTEREST ON RENT. Rent which is not paid within thirty (30) days of written notice shall bear interest from the date due until paid at a rate equal to ten percent (10%) per annum. The payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Tenant under this Lease.

INTEREST ON RENT. Rent which is not paid within thirty seven (307) days of written notice shall bear interest from the date due until paid at a rate equal to ten prime rate as quoted by The Wall Street Journal, plus two percent (102%) per annum. The payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Tenant under this Lease.

INTEREST ON RENT. Rent which is not paid within thirty ten (3010) days of written notice shall bear interest from the date due until paid at a rate equal to ten percent nine (109%) percent per annum. The payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Tenant under this Lease. A late charge may be imposed by Landlord for any rental payment of the Base Rent received after the twentieth (20th) month in the amount of $50.00.

INTEREST ON RENT. Rent which is not paid within thirty ten (3010) days of written notice shall bear interest from the date due until paid at a rate equal to ten percent six (106%) percent per annum. The payment of such interest shall not excuse or cure any default by Tenant under this Lease. A late charge may be imposed by Landlord for any rental payment of the Base Rent received after the twentieth (20th) month in the amount of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars.
