Interest Rate Fees. (a) Each Revolving Loan shall bear interest until maturity (whether by acceleration, declaration, extension or otherwise) at either the Base Rate or the Eurodollar Rate, as selected and specified by the Borrower(s) in the notice furnished to the Bank in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.2 and 2.5(b)(v), or as otherwise determined in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2.5, and as may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions of subsection (b)(vii) of this Section 2.5.

Interest Rate Fees. A. The outstanding principal balance of the Loan, and all other fees and all amounts that are due and unpaid hereunder, shall bear interest at the Stated Interest Rate. If Lender is ever prevented from charging or collecting interest at the rate set forth in Stated Interest Rate Section (i) because interest at such rate would exceed interest at the Maximum Rate, then the rate set forth in Stated Interest Rate Section (i) shall continue to be the Maximum Rate until Lender has charged and collected the full amount of interest chargeable and collectable had interest at the rate set forth in Stated Interest Rate Section (i) always been lawfully chargeable and collectible. All changes in the Governing Rate or the Stated Interest Rate shall be made without notice to Borrower. Lender shall notify Borrower afterwards of any such changes. The monthly interest due on the Outstanding Facility Amount shall be computed for the actual number of days elapsed during the month in question on the basis of a year consisting of three hundred sixty (360) days and shall be calculated by determining the avenge daily principal balance outstanding for each day of the month in question. The daily rate shall be equal to 1/360th times the Stated Interest Rate (but shall not exceed the Maximum Rate).
Interest Rate Fees. (a) Except as otherwise provided Section 5(c) or Section 7(b) below, the Term Loans shall be a Eurodollar Loan, and shall bear interest at the LIBO Rate plus 7.00% (the “Term Applicable Margin”). Interest shall be payable on each relevant Interest Payment Date from and after the Closing Date until the Term Loans are paid in full. Interest shall be calculated on the basis of a year of 360 days in Sections 5(b) and 7(b) and 365 or 366 days when based upon the Prime Rate, in each case for the actual days elapsed. Lender shall use reasonable efforts to notify the Borrower prior to an Interest Payment Date of the amount of interest and fees payable on such Interest Payment Date and shall provide any necessary instructions with respect to the payment thereof.
Interest Rate Fees. 2.1. Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate. As used herein, "Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate" shall mean an annual rate equal to two and one-half percent (2.50%) plus the greater of: (a) the One-Month LIBOR Rate, or (b) one and one-half percent (1.50%). "One Month LIBOR Rate" shall mean the one-month LIBOR rate quoted by the Bank from Reuters Screen LIBOR01 Page or any successor thereto, which shall be that one-month LIBOR rate in effect two New York Banking Days prior to the Reprice Date, adjusted for any reserve requirement and any subsequent costs arising from a change in government regulation, such rate rounded up to the nearest one-sixteenth percent and such rate to be reset monthly on each Reprice Date. The term "New York Banking Day" means any date (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which commercial banks are open for business in New York, New York. The term "Reprice Date" means the first day of each month. If an LC Draw occurs other than on the Reprice Date, the initial one-month LIBOR rate shall be that one-month LIBOR rate in effect two New York Banking Days prior to the date of the LC Draw, which rate plus the percentage described above shall be in effect until the next Reprice Date. Lender’s internal records of applicable interest rates shall be determinative in the absence of manifest error. 2.2.

  • INTEREST; INTEREST RATE (a) Interest on this Bond shall commence accruing at the Interest Rate (as defined in Section 30) from and including the Issuance Date and shall be computed on the basis of a three hundred and sixty (360)-day year comprised of twelve (12) thirty (30)-day months and shall be payable quarterly in arrears on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year (each, an “Interest Payment Date”) with the first Interest Payment Date being January 1, 2010. Interest shall be payable on each Interest Payment Date, to the record holders of this Bond as recorded in the Register (as defined in Section 3(g)) held by the Company on the applicable Record Date, at the Company’s option, (A) in whole in cash (“Cash Interest”), or (B) in whole in shares (“Interest Shares”) of the Company that are designated on the date hereof as common shares, par value $0.01 per share (the “Common Shares”), or (C) in a combination of Cash Interest and Interest Shares. In the event the Company decides to deliver Interest Shares on an Interest Payment Date, it must deliver a written notice (“Interest Election Notice”) to Holders no less than five (5) Trading Days prior to the Interest Payment Date (the date such notice is sent being the “Interest Notice Date”) pursuant to which notice, the Company elects to pay Interest entirely in Interest Shares or a combination of Cash Interest and Interest Shares and specifies the amount of Interest that shall be paid as Cash Interest and the amount of Interest that shall be paid in Interest Shares. Interest to be paid on an Interest Payment Date in Interest Shares shall be paid in a number of fully paid and nonassessable Common Shares equal to the quotient of (1) the amount of Interest payable on such Interest Payment Date less any Cash Interest paid and (2) the Interest Conversion Price in effect for the applicable Interest Payment Date (rounded down to the preceding whole number).

  • Interest Rate The LHIN may charge the HSP interest on any amount owing by the HSP at the then current interest rate charged by the Province of Ontario on accounts receivable.
