Common use of INTERFACE UNDERTAKING Clause in Contracts

INTERFACE UNDERTAKING. The Customer agrees as a counterparty to the Agreement to give and maintain, on its own behalf and on behalf of their officers, employees, agents and contractors, throughout the term of the Agreement and surviving its termination, the following undertaking (“Interface Undertaking”) in favour of the Company in relation to the Customer’s connection to the Transmission System;
