Compliance Agreement. A written agreement between a person engaged in growing, handling, or moving regulated articles, and the Plant Protection and Quarantine Programs, wherein the former agrees to comply with the re- quirements of this subpart identified in the agreement by the inspector who executes the agreement on behalf of the Plant Protection and Quarantine Programs as applicable to the oper- ations of such person.
Compliance Agreement. Upon adherence to stipulations set forth below and the GADOR Electronic Schema, spreadsheet and test-cases. GADOR grants permission to produce Georgia’s Electronic Tax Returns for the Tax Year 2015, and expects this vendor to submit this agreement to GADOR on or after 08-01-2015 and no later than 03-15-2016.
Compliance Agreement. As a pre-condition to the effectiveness of this Agreement, the Employee agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement Regarding Confidentiality, Trade Secrets, Intellectual Property and Competitive Activities attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Compliance Agreement”), the terms and conditions of which are specifically incorporated herein by reference. The obligation of the Company to make payments to or on behalf of the Employee under Section 8.2(ii) or Section 8.3(ii) above is expressly conditioned upon the Employee’s continued performance of the Employee’s obligations under the Compliance Agreement.
Compliance Agreement. In the event that DCYF identifies deficiencies in Contractor’s performance under this Contract, DCYF may, at its option, establish a Compliance Agreement. When presented with a Compliance Agreement, Contractor agrees to undertake the actions specified in the plan within the timeframes given to correct the deficiencies. Contractor’s failure to do so shall be grounds for termination of this Contract.
Compliance Agreement. From time to time, the Parties shall discuss activities necessary to ensure Compliance. If either Party requests, the Parties will negotiate in good faith and execute a written Compliance Agreement that will set forth and define the compliance policies, standards, and procedures the Parties will adhere to when conducting activities under this Agreement. The Compliance Agreement may also include provisions relating to interactions between the respective compliance organizations of the Parties, sharing of Compliance related information, execution of training, implementation and monitoring activities, and resolution of Compliance issues that may arise in accordance with the rule established in Article 1.6.
Compliance Agreement. In the event that DSHS identifies deficiencies in Contractor’s performance under this Contract, DSHS may, at its option, establish a Compliance Agreement. When presented with a Compliance Agreement, Contractor agrees to undertake the actions specified in the plan within the Agreement timeframes given to correct the deficiencies. Contractor’s failure to do so shall be grounds for termination of this Contract.
Compliance Agreement. A written agreement between APHIS and a per- son engaged in growing, handling, or moving regulated articles, in which the person agrees to comply with the pro- visions of this subpart.
Compliance Agreement. A written agreement between an individual or concern dealing in or moving regulated articles and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture, Plant Industry Division, wherein the former agrees to comply with conditions specified in the agreement to prevent the establishment or dissemination of an exterior pest;
Compliance Agreement. The Employee agrees that the Compliance Agreement (as defined in the Existing Agreement) remains in full force and effect, and the terms and conditions thereof are specifically incorporated herein by reference. The obligation of the Company to make any payments (other than Final Compensation) to or on behalf of the Employee under Section 8.3 or Section 8.4 above, and the Employee’s right to retain the same, is expressly conditioned upon the Employee’s continued performance of the Employee’s obligations under the Compliance Agreement.
Compliance Agreement. The Employee agrees to continue to be bound by the Agreement Regarding Confidentiality, Trade Secrets, Intellectual Property and Competitive Activities executed by the Company and the Employee on September 19, 2019 (the “Compliance Agreement”, attached hereto as Exhibit A), the terms and conditions of which are specifically incorporated herein by reference. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereto hereby agree that Section 3(a)(2) of the Compliance Agreement shall not apply to the Employee following the date of termination if the Employee’s employment is terminated as a result of (a) a Non-Renewal by the Company or (b) a Change in Control Termination. The obligation of the Company to make payments to or on behalf of the Employee under Section 13.2(ii), Section 13.3(ii), Section 13.4(ii) or Section 13.5(ii) above is expressly conditioned upon the Employee’s continued performance of the Employee’s obligations under the Compliance Agreement.
