Interfere with Access. Do anything which may interfere with free access and passage in the Premises, the Common Areas adjacent thereto (including, without limitation, the elevators, escalators, streets or sidewalks of the Airport), or any restricted non-Common Areas of the Airport, or hinder security, police, fire fighting or other emergency personnel in the discharge of their duties, or hinder access to utility, heating, ventilating or air-conditioning systems, or portions thereof, on or adjoining the Premises or the Common Areas adjacent thereto. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Concessionaire shall not install any racks, stands or other display of merchandise or trade fixtures at the Airport outside of the Premises without the prior written consent of CEO.

Without limiting the generality of tire foregoing, Concessionaire shall not install any racks, stands or other display of merchandise or trade fixtures at the Airport outside of the Premises without the prior written consent of Executive Director.

  • DENIAL OF ACCESS If rent is not paid within days of the monthly due date, Owner may without notice deny the Occupant access to the property located in the self storage facility. Access will be denied to any party other than the tenant unless said party retains gate code and key to lock on Space or has supplied Owner with written authorization from the tenant to enter the Space. Occupant's access to the facility may also be conditioned in any manner deemed reasonably necessary by Owner to maintain order on the premises. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, restricting hours of operation, requiring verification of occupant's identity and inspecting vehicles that enter the premises. Additionally, if Occupant is renting more than one Space at any given time, default on one rented Space shall constitute default on all rented Spaces, entitling Owner to deny access to Occupant to all rented Spaces.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH LICENSING REQUIREMENTS CONTRACTOR shall comply with all necessary licensing requirements and shall obtain appropriate licenses and display the same in a location that is reasonably conspicuous, as well as file copies of same with the County Executive Office.

  • Monitoring Compliance with Contract For purposes of monitoring the District’s compliance with this contract, the Department may require the District to provide information or may conduct site visits as needed.

  • No Interference with Other Contracts To the best of Contractor’s knowledge, this Agreement does not create a material conflict of interest or default under any of Contractor’s other contracts. The Committee, in its sole discretion, may postpone the issuance or delivery of Shares as the Committee may consider appropriate and may require Participant to make such representations and furnish such information as it may consider appropriate in connection with the issuance or delivery of the Shares in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

  • Compliance with Agreements Promptly and fully comply with all Contractual Obligations to which any one or more of them is a party, except for any such Contractual Obligations (a) the nonperformance of which would not cause a Default or Event of Default, (b) then being contested by any of them in good faith by appropriate proceedings, or (c) if the failure to comply therewith could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
