Common use of Interference Clause in Contracts

Interference. The Member Country: (i) has taken or permitted to be taken any action which would prevent or interfere with the execution of the Project or the performance by the Recipient of its obligations under the Financing Agreement; or (ii) has failed to afford a reasonable opportunity for representatives of the Association to visit any part of its territory for purposes relating to Grant or the Project.”

Interference. The Member Country: (i) has taken or permitted to be taken any action which would prevent or interfere with the execution of the Project or the performance by the Recipient of its obligations under the Financing Agreement; or (ii) has failed to afford a reasonable opportunity for representatives of the Association to visit any part of its territory where the Project is being implemented for purposes relating to Grant or the Project.”

Interference.
