Interim Benefits Coverage Sample Clauses
The Interim Benefits Coverage clause provides temporary health insurance coverage to individuals during a transition period, such as between jobs or while waiting for standard benefits to begin. This coverage typically applies to medical expenses incurred before the effective date of a new, permanent health plan, ensuring that there are no gaps in essential healthcare protection. Its core function is to maintain continuous access to healthcare services and prevent individuals from being uninsured during periods of change or administrative delay.
