Common use of Interim Hosting Clause in Contracts

Interim Hosting. The Parties agree that SolutionX will continue to provide hosting and support for Client’s current platform Vi-Net site as set forth in the existing Agreement entitled Software and Hosting Services Agreement dated June 15, 2009 until Client’s new Unity Platform is successfully launched. Client agrees to pay SolutionX $16,000 per month beginning April 1, 2010, and payable on the fifteenth (15th) of each month through June, 2010, or beyond if the Launch date is pushed back. SolutionX will continue to be responsible for the costs of hosting and maintaining Client’s Vi-Net site during this period including paying for Rackspace and Videobloom costs, and Xxxx Xxxxxxx’ costs relating to support for Vi-Net.
