Interim Redetermination on Account of Decreased Income. If Xxxxxx's monthly gross household income decreases, rent shall be redetermined if the Tenant requests a redetermination and authorizes verification of the decrease. Any rent decrease shall be effective on the first rent payment day after LHA receives reliable verification of the decrease or at such earlier time as the LHA shall find to be warranted in the event that verification is delayed.
