Common use of Interim Timelines Clause in Contracts

Interim Timelines. The University has agreed in good faith to the interlineated timelines included in paragraphs 13-21 of this Agreement. Should the University subsequently determine that, despite its good faith and timely efforts, a reasonable amount of additional time is required to complete certain agreed-upon actions, it will submit a request (with supporting information) to OCR to modify those timelines.
