Interim Wildland Fire Protection Costs. Developer and City acknowledge City may enter into a wildland fire protection agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to provide wildland fire protection within the Specific Plan area until such protection is no longer needed to serve the Specific Plan Area.
