Interior and Exterior Doors. For one (1) year after the Date of Warranty, Seller will repair or replace any interior or exterior doors that do not properly close and fit that do not open and close freely without binding against the doorframe; where the lock bolt does not properly operate; where the door drags on the floor surface, or where there is an excessive opening at the bottom of the door.
