Interior Locations. (a) VONS shall provide a suitable location within each Store which shall constitute the Licensed Premises for MGI's exclusive use for the placement of the Gaming Devices and the Incidental Equipment, and VONS grants to MGI a license to use each Licensed Premises for the installation, maintenance and operation of the Gaming Devices and the Incidental Equipment. The particular location and size of each Licensed Premises shall be agreed upon by the parties on a Store-by-Store basis.
