Interlibrary Loan. Institutional Licensees may fulfill requests from other libraries for textual Content, namely JSTOR Collections Content, Journals Hosting Content, and Books, a practice commonly called Interlibrary Loan. Institutional Licensee agrees to fulfill such requests in accordance with Sections 107 and 108 of the U.S. Copyright Act or in accordance with other international copyright laws, guidelines, or conventions, provided that such use is not at a volume that would substitute for a subscription to the journal or acquisition of access to a Book. For Books, this shall mean Interlibrary Loan shall be restricted to a single copy of a Book chapter. Requests may be fulfilled using secure electronic, paper, or intermediated means.
