INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT PROVISIONS. To the extent any provision of this Agreement constitutes a joint exercise of power, privilege or authority by and between Osceola County and the Owner, such provision shall be deemed to be an “interlocal agreement” within the meaning of the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969. This Agreement shall be filed in the Public Records of Osceola County, Florida.
