Intermediary Tandem Switching. BellSouth will provide intermediary tandem switching and transport services for Satcom’s connection of its end user to a local end user of another CLEC where both CLECs are connected at the same tandem and termination of calls is authorized. Rates for intermediary tandem switching are set out in Attachment 11.
