Internal Applicants for Sessional. Faculty Positions 23.4.1 Academic staff may apply for Sessional faculty positions when they become available provided that the new appointment does not conflict with their current work schedule, and shall be considered along with all other applicants. 23.4.2 Teaching-Intensive Stream, CLTA, Continuing, Probationary and Tenured faculty may apply for Sessional positions when they become available, and shall be considered along with all other applicants. Teaching-Intensive Stream faculty and CLTA faculty, if successful, shall be obliged to relinquish their current positions. Continuing, Probationary and Tenured faculty, if successful, shall be paid the overload rate in accordance with Article 19.6.
